This is Medusa's Make-Up electro series eye shadow collection. A highly pigmented slightly shimmer pressed powder with micro sparkles.

Apply just like any eye shadow, with a brush or applicator sponge. This intense eye color works well dry. For really dramatic looks or intense eyeliner, this product can be wetted then applied just like a paint by using our liquid eyeliner seal. You can use various brushes just like an artist on canvas! Add a similar Eye Dust hue on top to add an extra shimmer effect!
