All items displayed on the website are in-stock and we will make every effort to ensure that they are dispatched on the day that the order has been confirmed, if the order is received before 3pm that day. We will be using a combination of Courier Service and Registered post for all items within the UK. All items will require a signature upon receipt and therefore we cannot post to a PO Box. If no - one is available you will need to contact the courier company to make arrangements for an alternative delivery. 3rd and 56th Street Clothing cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have not been signed for. Please allow 21 days for delivery - every effort will be made to ensure that they are dispatched on the day that the order has been confirmed, if the order is received before 3pm that day (imported products will take at least 14 days). During busy/holiday periods this may be a little longer so your patience would be greatly appreciated. Payments can be made by credit card as this is the safest and quickest method – MasterCard and Visa. 3rd and 56th Street use an encrypted payment gateway to process all transactions. The payment page is hosted by the Barclays Bank and secured with a 128 bit encryption. This means we do not see or have access to any of your account. You will receive an instant confirmation of transaction approval or decline before being returned to this merchant web site. . Returns We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. You are welcome to send back any item for whatever reason. We will be happy to exchange for a different size (where applicable), another item or simply refund your money. Please make sure that when you return an item you return it complete with the returns form you will have received with the delivery outlining the reason for the return. A returned product is subject to a final inspection before your return is processed. All returns/exchanges must be returned unworn (where applicable) and still with the label attached within 10 days of receipt. Clothing cannot be exchanged/refunded if it has any visible signs of being worn. You will have to pay the postage for the return and for the replacement being sent out. If you are unsure of the fit/measurements of any of the garments please contact us BEFORE you order. We will gladly help you in any way. Please note that the original shipping charge will not be reimbursed upon exchange/refund. We aim to process all exchanges/returns within one week of receipt. Please feel free to email/call us to check on the status of returns/exchanges. For your own protection, please use a shipping method with tracking information. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail when you ship them back to us. For Overseas customers returning goods – please make sure when returning goods to us that the packaging contains clearly visible documentation on the outside of the package that the goods originally came from the UK and that they are being returned to 3rd and 56th Street Clothing for a particular reason which you must state. Please mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ . If you do not do this then we may be liable for additional customs duty which we would unfortunately have to pass onto yourself. This could be done by either deducting the cost of the charge from the refund amount or issuing you with an additional invoice which must be paid in full before the replacement item was sent out. Shipping Charges All items within the UK will be charged a scaled rate for postage and packaging. Items dispatched within the EU will be charged a flat fee of £8.00 and for customers in the rest of the world £12.50 Please be aware also that many countries charge additional duty and taxes on imported goods. These charges will fall to the customer to pay for separately upon delivery and are not included in our costs. |
